A divine blend of grounding, soothing and uplifting essential oils. Especially designed to ease feelings of stress. Also created to support participants of Inspired EFT courses and to use with EFT Tapping.
 
Highest Quality Essential Oils Used: Tangerine (Citrus reticulata), ylang ylang (Cananga odorata), Australian sandalwood (Santalum spicatum)
 
Base Used: 
roll-ons and drip bottle - Sweet almond oil
 
Strength: 2%
 
Date of Creation: 
It is advised that you use your blend within 6 months of its creation. It may last much longer than this, but it cannot be guaranteed.
 
Intention for the Blend: To ease stress. Particularly for use with Tapping and Inspired EFT courses.
 
Suggested Use: 
Roll-on/drip - Place on wrists or behind/at the base of ears. Fine to use elsewhere on the skin. Use on a tissue or handkerchief and smell from there. Be aware that it may stain cloth, although oil will generally come out in a hot wash.

Photosensitivity: May cause increased sensitivity of the skin to sunlight. Avoid direct sun exposure on the skin where the oil is used for up to 24 hours. Some aromatherapists claim this is an issue with tangerine oil. Aromatherapist Kurt Schnaubelt, however, says that tangerine oil was not found to be photosensitizing in his studies. My advice is to use caution and see what works for you.
 
Pregnancy: Use with caution during pregnancy. Some people are confident to use many high quality essential oils throughout their pregnancy. As a practitioner, Kerry is unable to advocate their use during First Trimester. 
 
General Safety:
Do not drop essential oils directly into ears since you may damage the sensitive areas within the ears. Avoid getting essential oils into the eyes. This blend is not designed to be taken internally.
 
If any skin sensitivity should occur, stop using the blend on your skin and simply inhale from the bottle.
